Some Decency and/or Remorse at Reefview Apartments, Antigua?

FAR from it!

While the first reaction of Nick Williams, when finding out that his wife had been caught "red handed" while committing crimes inside the apartments of their paying guests, had been at least "somewhat appropriate" as you can see in this video also available on youtube at: https://youtu.be/opaS3JCuH0c

This being "shocked and appalled" quite obviously did not last too long.

In this 3rd video I am again maliciously recorded without my knowledge entering my property to open windows and turn off fans - but again this is being used in a negative harmful way designed to humiliate and damage our name, business and reputation, 

In this final video my wife Karoll is maliciously recorded entering her own property along with another guest staying with us - this video is being used in a negative context and suggest that we run guided tours through guests apartments in order to try to humiliate and damage our name, business and reputation

Ahm, and Nick! ...
I am NOT "trying to humiliate and damage (y)our name, business and reputation"....
THAT you and your "charming wifie" managed all by yourselves! 
I merely unveiled and documented it.

But one thing does become very clear by your reaction:
You don't have ANY remorse about what you have done.
About what you and your wife most likely habitually have been doing for a long time, if the way how relaxed the two of you have been while committing these crimes is any evidence to that question.

Consequently you the latest now have clarified that you guys are far away from delivering one of the conditions I had told you, for letting the two of you off the hook:
To actually SHOW REMORSE and give a firm promise for nothing like that to ever happen again!

On the contrary! 

With your complaint to youtube you gave it in writing, that you guys have NO understanding for "right and wrong" and actually think you are "entitled"?! to such actions?

(I guess that does include actually STEALING MONEY out of your guests carry-on luggage? Because, well, yes, that I have on video too! ....but once I am done editing all the other evidence I still have waiting for me to work on, I guess you will again "complain" to youtube?)

SINGLE FEMALE TRAVELER? BE WARNED!

I was rather shocked when I read the review of a single lady that had traveled to Antigua and stayed at the Reefview Apartments of Nick and Carole Williams,

BECAUSE SHE FELT SAFE THERE!

Actually it was that review that triggered my association of Reefview-Apartments with the famous movie by Alfred Hitchcock, called "Psycho"!
"A loony loner living with his mother, 20 years his senior, in a lonesome motel (Bates Motel) and waiting like a spider in the net for unsuspecting guests to pry on, ... and to eventually kill one of them!"
The murder-scene may be cool to watch on the silver screen, but nobody would find "cool" to be caught in a situation like that!

Now, do compare the above described situation at the Bates Motel with the situation at the Reefview Apartments:

Last part I did strike, because at least to my knowledge that, at least so far, has not happened (yet?)... 

Comeon!
Nick is a man in his "best age" - married to a simply old woman ... and even is she is in "great shape" considering her age, to a man like Nick she just is what she is: A Old Woman.

...and there are these young and pretty and lively young woman Carole is convincing with her upfront emails that she will be taking care of them, you??!, "like a mother" if they chose to stay at Reefview Apartments..... not only fully KNOWING that Nick goes and does snoop around in their guests Apartments but actually SENDING HIM THERE! (Just watch the Video with Nick justifying the violation of my privacy after I had confronted him with the fact that I had him caught on video. Here is the link to Nick's Reaction )

And now you maybe want to watch what he REALLY DID while being in MY Apartment - which, if you chose to go and stay there, might very well be YOUR APARTMENT!

Are you sure, that you - a single, vulnerable, Lady - want to be staying at a place like this?

Are you sure you want to be the "price" Carole is willing to "pay" for her husband staying with her?

Hmmm...... Are you?

Hello, Dear Fellow Travelers!

Do you want to go to ANTIGUA?
By all means: Do!
It's a wonderful island, wonderful smiling people and as for the scenery,..... no further comment needed!

BUT:
Do you consider staying at the "Reefview Apartments" of Nick and Karoll Williams in Urlings, Old Road, Cades Bay, St.Mary's Parish, advertised as "ReefviewApartments and Cottages"?
By all means: DON'T!

Set aside that the place is gravely misrepresented by their own promotional material - no "reef views", not even any "ocean views" to speak of (yet alone "Grand Ocean Views" as to their own marketing - your privacy will NOT be respected, the owners routinely snoop through their guests belongings, pry on even the most sensitive personal documents and actually steal from their guests!

Claims of a "disgruntled guest"?
I can assure you that I am more than just "disgruntled" - but you don't need to take my word for it:

I have compiled a complete website documenting all the false and misleading claims these people make of their property (starting with the "location") with ample photos but further more also have published VIDEO FOOTAGE captured with covert surveillance cameras of as well Nick as Carole penetrating and violating their guests privacy during their absence and actually stealing (!) sensitive personal information and money!
